Ashton Agar

The young left-arm spinner has emerged as one of Australian cricket's most promising talents, having enjoyed a rapid rise. Agar remarkably made his Test debut in the first Ashes Test in July 2013, less than six months after making his first-class debut for Western Australia, and made a world record score of 98 batting at number 11.

Agar has emerged in the BBL over the past few years, showing his considerable talent not only with the ball, but also with the bat and in the field. He memorably pulled off a screamer of a catch against the Sydney Sixers at the SCG in BBL|04, before another stunner at #TheFurnace against the Adelaide Strikers early in BBL|05.
