An exciting all-rounder who has already represented Australia in ODIs and Twenty20. Mitch Marsh progressed from the State Under 17s to the Warriors in 2008-09, becoming the youngest ever debutant in the Australian domestic one-day competition. He led Australia to glory at the 2010 ICC Under 19 World Cup, making 201 runs at 33.5, including 97 in the semi-final win over Sri Lanka. Marsh hit a breakthrough Sheffield Shield century in the 2010-11 season before making his international debut in memorable style, smashing four sixes in a quickfire 36 in a T20 against South Africa. Marsh took 17 wickets in the 2011-12 Shield season and began the 2012-13 campaign well before a serious hamstring injury. However, Marsh returned with a superb century in the Ryobi Cup against Tasmania before winning a call-up to Australia's 2013 Champions Trophy squad. He continued his recovery at the 2013 Indian Premier League, smashing 140 runs – including six fours and 10 sixes - and taking seven wickets from his nine matches for Pune Warriors.
