To get ready for the Big Bash, we have gathered all the important information you will need to know to have a seamless Perth Scorchers match day.

Download the SafeWA app and scan the QR Code at Optus Stadium entry gates and entry to your function room or seating location. Have your green screen ready to show staff at gates. It is a Government requirement that you register as having attended the venue.

If you are sick, it is best to stay at home and perhaps give your tickets to a friend to attend this includes if you have any kind of cough, fever, chills or sweats, loss of smell or taste, shortness of breath, sore throat, or a runny nose.

Public transport is included in your membership and additional trains and buses will be running to get you to and from the match. Please remember, special event buses run for ONE HOUR after the final over.

For further details, visit the Transperth website

All tickets are mobile tickets. You will need to download your mobile tickets prior to the event day. Ensure your ticket is open and the brightness on your phone is turned up before you approach the gate. It will help with scanning at the turnstiles.

Can I still buy tickets on the day?

We’d love for you to join us at a match if it isn’t sold out. Tickets can be purchased right up until the commencement of the match via Ticketmaster or from Box Office A at Optus Stadium.

Children Under Three (3)

Children under three are still permitted to accompany a parent for free if they do not occupy a seat. However due to contact tracing requirements, they are required to have a ticket. If you are bringing a child under three and do not have a ticket for them, please visit Box Office A or D to be allocated an additional complimentary ticket. If you do not have a ticket for your child, you will be turned away by gate staff.

Small bags are permitted. There is no cloaking available for larger bags and all bags will be subject to a bag check. For all of the up to date information on the venue including the Conditions of Entry, head to the Optus Stadium event page and brush up on what you need to know this BBL season.

Visit the Sails Bar at the WACA Ground on your way to the stadium!

Open three hours before each match. There’s WACA Member discounts, food and beverage specials, music and a kids zone! Parking is also available while space lasts for only $10!

The WACA Ground is now a cashless venue, and only accept card payments.
