“I love playing for the Scorchers,” he said.
“There’s no better feeling than running out with my mates in front of our loyal members and fans at a packed out Optus Stadium.
“We have a great squad with lots of talented players and I am confident we will return to finals this season.”
Well renowned WA property listing website reiwa.com will also continue with the Scorchers, re-signing as Joint Principal Partner of the men’s team for the next two seasons.
Both Scorchers and reiwa.com have grown significantly since the partnership began in the 2014/15 KFC Big Bash season.
The Scorchers saw a total of 210 ,928 fans attend a BBL home game at Optus Stadium during BBL|08 and secured 5,369 Scorchers Memberships.
WACA CEO Christina Matthews said:
“We want to thank reiwa.com’s ongoing support for both the Perth Scorchers and the development of cricket in WA through the partnership.
“The reason this partnership is so strong is because our values and reiwa.com’s are closely aligned, highlighting the shared commitment we both have towards providing great customer experiences and member engagement.
REIWA CEO Neville Pozzi said:
“Reiwa.com is delighted to renew its partnership with the Perth Scorchers for a further two years,” Mr Pozzi said.
“The alignment with a strong local brand with similar community values is a great fit for reiwa.com.
“We wish the Perth Scorchers every success in their 2020 campaign.”
