Venue Confirmed For Final Match Of Regular Season

Final Regular Match Scheduled For Adelaide

The Perth Scorchers’ final match of the 2020-21 KFC Big Bash League regular season against the Brisbane Heat will now be played in Adelaide, following an official announcement by the League.

Due to state border closures and their related impacts, the match scheduled for Tuesday 26 January, originally planned to be played at the SCG will now take place at Adelaide Oval.

The match will begin at 10:05am WST and will be the first in a triple header on the day and will be broadcast on Foxtel and Kayo.

The Scorchers are currently in Melbourne and have embarked on a loaded schedule which sees them play four matches over seven days as they eye off a finals appearance.

Perth are currently sitting second on the 2020-21 KFC Big Bash League table following an emphatic 59-run win over the Brisbane Heat last night, Tuesday 19 January at Marvel Stadium.

Speedster Jhye Richardson now has a competition-high 21 wickets at an average of 11.52 to his name this season.

The KFC BBL|10 Finals series schedule will be announced on Tuesday 26 January once positions on the BBL|10 ladder are finalised.
