Player Story

Mills joined Perth ahead of the 2021-22 Weber Women's Big Bash League season after two seasons with Brisbane Heat and has proven to be a consistent performer.

The young off-spinner snared 15 wickets at 17.27 during WBBL|08, building on a fruitful partnership with superstar leg-spinner Alana King.

She was also economical and tactically astute, varying pace and length with composure that defied her age and experience.

Mills made the move west permanent during the off-season and started the 2022-23 Women's National Cricket League in strong form for WA. The 22-year-old was rewarded for her form last summer, to be named the winner of the Rising Star award.

An allrounder growing up, Mills is also capable with the bat and energetic in the field.

Mills will be hoping for another productive campaign in WBBL |09.
