Who doesn’t love fruit salad in summer?
Fruit salad can be made in small or large servings, with whatever fruit you’ve got access to, so it’s a perfect option for a snack or even a healthy dessert for the family!

Chloe Piparo’s Fruit Salad Twist

What you’ll need:
Fruit – you can pick whatever fruit you’d like depending on the season, but at this time of year, Chloe likes to use watermelon, rock melon, blue berries, lemon, apple and orange
Two spoons Chobani Greek yoghurt
Handful of pumpkin and sunflower seeds
Sprinkle of natural coconut flakes
Squirt of lemon juice (optional for more tang)
1. Cut up all the fruit into sizes that suit you. Chloe likes slightly larger cuts of fruit, but this is your choice.
2. Place all your fruit in a bowl.
3. Scoop yoghurt over fruit and top with seeds and coconut
4. Squeeze lemon juice over bowl if you’d like the extra tang
