Marsh has established himself as one of the game's most destructive batters across all formats for more than a decade. After carving out a stellar Test career, Marsh has turned his attention solely to the limited overs formats.
Marsh debuted for the Scorchers in BBL|01, starring for his side in the competition's first Final with 77 off 57 balls.
He delivered another breathtaking display in the BBL|03 Final, smacking 37 off just 12 balls to help the Scorchers lift the trophy for the first time.
The 34-year-old also featured in the successful BBL|11 side that defeated Sydney Sixers in the Final at Melbourne's Marvel Stadium, before injury and international duty limited his appearances for the Scorchers in the ensuing three seasons.
His efforts in BBL|11 came just months after he was named Player of the Match in Australia's ICC Men's T20 World Cup Final win over New Zealand in Dubai, the lone time Australia has won the event.
Marsh played every game for the Scorchers in BBL|15, scoring 360 runs at 30, including a blistering century against Hobart Hurricanes at Ninja Stadium.
Marsh was crowned Australia's One-Day International Player of the Year for 2026, where he Captained the side in all six matches he played.
It was the second time he won the award, the other coming in 2024 when he was also named Allan Border Medallist.
Marsh is also Australia's current T20 Captain.
